Josh is an entrepreneur, he created the Jalinski Advisory Group, Inc (JAG) in 2005 initially as an insurance agency. Jalinski Advisory Group, Inc. Josh over time attained Financial Industry National Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6, Series 7, Series 24 and was affiliated with Broker dealers from 2006 through 2020. In 2016 Josh created a separate entity Wealth Quarterback LLC as a securities firm. Josh resigned from FINRA in Dec 2020 to reduce the potential conflict interest for earning commissions in addtion to fees for assets under management. Today, Wealth Quarterback, LLC is SEC Registered Investment Advisory Firm (RIA), as an RIA Wealth Quarterback has a fiduciary duty to all of its clients.
